The big drop tine buck I named 'Kickstand' makes a nighttime appearance at one of the trail cam mineral sites. In addition to the rare drop tine, this whitetail deer is also sporting a cool kicker tine on the same side.
Unfortunately, I've noticed his latest couple appearances on the trail cams that the drop tine is 'flopping' when he walks or moves his head, leading me to believe he has somehow damaged it. Unsure at this point if he is going to hold onto it or not, as if badly damaged, blood supply will be restricted and it will ultimately fall off.
Time will tell so stay tuned.
